TimeNeto (formerly Identity Quality Systems) was established in 2000.
IQS's vision was to develop solutions for identity theft problems where money, security and information systems are all involved.
TimeNeto developed a unique patented technology (US Patent) for these sectors and implemented identity access management solutions for large and medium size organizations.
IQS's experience includes the highly successful implementation of thousands of biometric systems in various important high profile security projects in fields such as Defence Forces, banks etc.
IQS provides complete hardware and software solutions based on biometric fingerprint authentication products. Access is controlled by fingerprint identification, offering far more convenience, lower administrative costs and greater security than traditional password or swipe card controls.
Present
Based on our expertise and reputation, IQS created "TimeNeto" in 2006, a web based Fingerprint Time and Attendance or Workforce Management System. A unique system that has not been used before by anyone in the world.
The goals were to create the most cost effective, yet most intelligent and simple biometric time and attendance system that would :
1. Eliminate the dependence amnd need for expensive IT personnel with in house visits.
2. Operate effortlessly because of simple logarithms that enable an online collection of employees movement, meaning less time (and money) spent on collecting & processing the data at the end of every week or month.
3. Give an accurate account of employees access and eliminate cases of “buddy punching” or other human mistakes.
4. Be a complete stand alone time and attendance system that can export the data to any payroll system in the world in ASCII format or other preferred format.
TimeNeto is a biometric (fingerprint) web based time and attendance system where any standard USB fingerprint reader can be connected to any organization via a computer through which the users can report their attendance using the internet.
